Have feeds made the social web too meta?

Social media is getting way to meta

Meta-social aggregators like friendfeed and facebook are turning the web into a mobius strip with a snake in it that’s eating it’s tail. Wondering what would happen if I fed my twitter to my, friendfeed, to my facebook status and back to twitter again. But I don’t dare, I’m sure I would crash the internet.

Go ahead, leave a comment… anywhere.

  • holy crap. and before you know it, there will be sites that aggregate all the comments in all of your feeds, to make it easy to catch them all-- which in itself will be aggregated with other feeds... asldkfjasd
  • I like your comment on the "Moebius Strip." But if you want to find out what would happen if you took a little ride on a giant metal Moebius strip inside of a giant nautilus shell, then check out my sci-fi mystery novel: "TIME TRIP ON A MOEBIUS STRIP." http://moebiustripper.blogspot.com
Also at my blog there is a Moebius strip political cartoon:
