It was like passing a car accident on a freeway, you know that if you look closer, you will regret it. Would it have killed him to wear pants on such an occasion? I am old enough to have kept a sports jacket on a hanger in my office (those productive workspaces before cubicles) for the days when I had to meet senior management, or had visitors. Now I keep nice moccasins in my cubicle for such occasions, to replace my trekkers. In future, will my emergency upgrade be a pair of rugby pants? And where will I store them?
